Kipp's mechanical assembly, additionally called Kipp generator, is a contraption we intended for arrangement of little volumes of gases. The mechanical assembly is typically made of glass, or in some cases of polyethylene, and comprises of three vertically stacked chambers, generally taking after a snowman. The upper chamber expands descending as a tube that goes through the center chamber into the lower chamber. There is no immediate way between the center and upper chambers, yet the center chamber is isolated from the lower chamber by a maintenance plate, for example, a funnel shaped bit of glass with little gaps, which allows the entry of fluid and gas.
